Session View
Live's unique Session View acts as a powerful musical sketch and launch pad, allowing you to try out new ideas easily and improvise freely. Each cell in the Session View grid can hold a recording, MIDI file, or any other musical idea. These ideas can be recorded on the fly or dragged in from the Browser and played in any order and at any time you wish.
Arrangement View
The Arrangement View offers a timeline-based approach for traditional multitrack recording, MIDI sequencing and other music production tasks. You can even improvise in the Session View, and all of your actions will be recorded into the Arrangement View, where they can be edited whenever you like.

Instructions: (Tested and working)
1. Unpack, mount dmg
2. Install
3. Start Live and choose Live and Instruments trial. Live will install the Basic Livepack and the Lessons.
4. Quit Live again and overwrite the Live.app on your HD with the one found in the DYNAMiCS folder
Note:
1. 2 segments are required (200MB parts)
2. Please using UnRarX to join these files, by double clicking the .part1.rar

Heya, trying to install this...
But, I have no instruments or effects or anything. In the subfolder for each one, it just has another folder called 'CurrentProject(temp)'.
Any ideas?

i don't know if i just might be stupid or something but there's an extra folder here called dynamics and it simply contains another application of live! but without any other documents or anything. what is that?
nm.... i read the instructions again >.< got it lol
so, just came up on a problem. after installing the program and loading up my library i sat down for a DJ session with live 7 here and it randomly shuts down on me, without warning and without crashing. it opens right back up as if nothing happened. any suggestions?
oh, i'm currently running a powerbook G4 1.67GHz 1GB ram, mac OSX 10.4.11
the reason it's not working for you guys is because you bought a mac... I am using a pc with a modded mac os and it runs fine. all of my vsts work I have been using this ableton for three days straight. If I get any problems I'll post back
just to clarify, how does one overwrite "the Live.app" on the HD with the one in the dynamics folder.
Is it a simple drag and swap?
